Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Options & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon).

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.


Wholesaler & Bulk Orders

  • Wholesale and large-volume orders may require additional processing time.

  • We will coordinate directly with wholesale customers to confirm delivery schedules and freight arrangements.


Perishable & Specialty Items

  • Certain items may require temperature-controlled packaging or express delivery to preserve quality.

  • These products will be clearly marked on our website.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for specialty handling.


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Gourmet Épicerie account.


Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work with trusted carriers, weather, customs, or carrier issues may cause unexpected delays.

  • Gourmet Épicerie is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.


Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • For missing or lost shipments, we will work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
