Returns

  • For non-perishable items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Perishable & Specialty Items

  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable, temperature-sensitive, or specialty food items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.


Refunds

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • For damaged or defective perishable items, refunds are typically issued as store credit or replacement.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

  • Due to the custom nature of wholesale and bulk purchases, all sales are considered final.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments.
